I did something yesterday that I never thought I would do. Last year I did a post around this time saying props to my Husband for Hiking to the top of Timpanogos Mountain. Well, this year I'm saying props to me for hiking to the top of Timpanogos Mountain. It was one of the most hardest things I have ever done, but the long journey was well worth it, especially when you get to see a view like this one, it was incredible.

The scenery on the way up was amazing, this is one of the many waterfalls we got to see.

Doesn't this remind you of something you'd see in a rain forest.

So the way up was by far one of the hardest things I have ever done, just a little
glimpse at what it's like right before you get to the top. Jessie wasn't very happy at this point, to many people.

But we finally made it and here we are, standing very proud at the top of
Timpanogos Mountain.

Here's Dan and his Dad enjoying the view.

Dan and his little sister Jessie.

And here are the girls, Dan's Mom (Debbie), Jessie, and me.
Here's the whole group. So this is what it looked like right when we got to the top of the mountain...

...and this is what it looked like when we left the top. It was one of the coolest things watching those clouds come in, not to mention it probably went from 45 degrees before the clouds, down to 35 degrees when the clouds came in, it was so cold. Not to mention, we picked a day to hike that was a record breaking low for that time of year, so really what were we thinking?

This is our epic picture.

We had some fun on the way down, just enjoying the beautiful scenery, which was incredible.

Passing the snow fields was a lot of fun :)

So we finally made it down the mountain, and this is supposed to be our tired and exhausted picture, but for some reason everything was making me laugh so I was smiling, maybe I was just so happy to be off the mountain and driving home to take a shower. The trip was awesome and well worth it, but at this point it is my last trip up that mountain.
